Why we’ll talk you out of half of it

Plenty of smart products solve a problem nobody actually has. We’d rather tell you which parts of a wishlist will get used daily & which will be turned off by Christmas.

The other rule we stick to is that everything has to still work the ordinary way. If the internet drops out or a guest has no idea what the app is, the light still comes on from the switch on the wall.
