Plenty of EV quotes in Adelaide come unstuck at the switchboard. If there’s no spare capacity the charger can’t go in until that’s sorted, & finding out on installation day helps nobody.

We look at the board, the supply & where you park before anything else, so you know what’s actually involved from the start.

• Cable routing from the board to where the car sits, run tidily

You probably need less speed than you think

The question isn’t how fast a charger can go, it’s whether the car is full by morning. For most people doing normal daily distances, it will be, & a charger sized to real driving usually costs less than the one they were about to buy.

Where it’s worth spending is the install: the right circuit, a sensible cable route & load management, so the board isn’t working hard every night for the next decade.
